Free shipping worldwide

Every order ships free, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order amount.

Made to order, printed close to you

Each artwork is printed after you order it. Where possible, your order is produced in a professional print facility in or near your country. That means faster delivery, less transport, and in most cases no customs fees.

Processing time

Your order is printed, quality-checked and packed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

These are estimates. Busy seasons, weather and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Customs, duties and taxes

Most orders are produced locally, so customs fees are rarely charged. If your order does have to cross a border, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@markrothkoprints.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

What you will receive

Poster (unframed)

A museum-quality art print on thick, premium matte paper (about 250 gsm / 100 lb) with a smooth, non-reflective finish.
Printed with fade-resistant archival inks for rich, accurate colours and sharp detail.
Frame, hanging hardware and mat/border are not included unless shown in the product description.
Packaging: smaller posters are shipped flat in a rigid cardboard mailer. Larger posters are rolled and shipped in a sturdy protective tube. If your poster arrives rolled, lay it flat under a few books for 24–48 hours, or roll it gently the other way, to flatten it.

Framed poster

The same premium matte art print, already mounted inside the frame.
A solid wood frame (FSC-certified), about 20 mm (0.8 in) thick, in the colour you chose, such as black, white, natural wood or dark wood.
A shatterproof, crystal-clear acrylic (plexiglass) front that protects the print. It is lighter and safer than glass for shipping.
Ready to hang: hanging hardware is attached to the back of the frame. Wall nails and screws are not included.
Packaging: shipped in a protective cardboard box with corner protectors.
Tip: the acrylic front has a thin protective film. Peel it off carefully before hanging.

Caring for your artwork

Keep your print out of direct sunlight and away from humidity to help it last longer.
Clean the acrylic front with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not use glass cleaner or paper towels, which can scratch acrylic.
